The Gift That Keeps On Giving
What I loved most about my time with Pam was that she came to her photo shoot willing to try any pose I suggested with enthusiasm and confidence. She decided to do a boudoir shoot for her upcoming anniversary as a gift to her husband. We met at a favorite studio of mine, turned on some mood setting tunes, and got right to work. We started with a lacy white shorts and bra combination that brought a perfect contrast to her recently tanned skin. Her second outfit was a silky purple gown with long slit in the leg and an incredible black lace covering her chest. She said it was the one that made her feel the sexiest. Finally, we finished with a flowy red tank top and shorts combination and black heels. She absolutely rocked every outfit and her pictures turned out incredible.
As a photographer, once the final product is delivered I don’t always get to hear the end of the story, but this time I was so grateful when Pam reached back out to me to tell me how she presented her anniversary gift to her husband. She had her pictures printed onto cards with a gold edging and left them in random places for her husband to find while they were on vacation in Mexico. She said it made it a unique experience and even continued the fun when they got home. In her words “it’s the gift that keeps on giving.” It was so amazing to share her experience and be part of her anniversary gift. For anyone wanting to do a boudoir shoot…here is your sign! It is truly a unique experience and is still one of my favorite types of shoots to do.

Thinking about a boudoir session?
Boudoir does not have to be done for a special occasion or even for your significant other. Boudoir is a way of embracing your sexuality and your body and seeing yourself from someone else's perspective. It is the ultimate confidence booster and can definitely make a special occasion even more intimate. Whether you have a boudoir session for yourself or for another, it is a special moment in time where you get to love who you are, just the way you are. Many people think that boudoir has to be in lingerie or something revealing, but I am here to tell you that a long t-shirt and socks can be intimate in the right setting. Embrace your beautiful body and schedule that boudoir session you have been so nervous to schedule!
