TEAGAN, A BAKER IN THE MAKING
When Teagan’s mom Melissa first reached out to me I was so excited for our session. Melissa and I had worked out the whole session and her whole family came with arm fulls of props from flowers to balloons, three outfits, and even a senior sign. Teagan had the most incredible show of support from her family and her boyfriend who were all present to take pictures with her even though not everyone was thrilled about being part of the camera action. Our photo session was at a local trailhead in Windsor where a small stream gave our pictures a beautiful green background even with fall peeking its head through as leaves are starting to change. The weather was perfect with a small amount of cloud coverage and golden hour giving our session the perfect light for capturing Teagan’s brilliant smile. She was a natural when it came to posing and you could feel the confidence radiating off her. She had unique ideas that we experimented with and was up for any ideas I came up with along the way.
Teagan is graduating from a local high school where she has kept very busy over the last four years with FCCLA, FCA, soccer, and cross country. She even has the letterman jacket and pins to show off her AMAZING accomplishments. Her plan is to go to a local community college to obtain her business degree and then off to culinary school for this incredible girl. Even though this moment is just a small piece of who Teagan is, I cannot even begin to express how proud of her I am and how honored I am to be a moment in her journey. Congratulations Teagan! I cannot wait to see you open your own bakery in the future, save a cupcake for me.
